Mindful Art Journaling
Art journaling is an increasingly popular practice which involves creative self-expression, using art as a medium to reflect on one's thoughts and emotions. With an open mind and simple mindful art activities, you'll experience how art journaling can create a deeper sense of self-awareness, encourage you, and move you in powerful ways. Each workshop will start with a short breathing exercise and continue with the mindful art journal activity to help you understand your feelings and the type of person you are.
Every workshop will be held in small groups to ensure a safe and nurturing environment. Limited Mindful Art Matter journals are available for purchase at the studio.
