A playful exploration of gentle twig lines using pen and watercolour. We guide you through a simple breathing exercise to anchor yourself in the present moment, and help let go of any worries of the past or future. During the art activity, we demonstrate the relaxing formation of twig line patterns and therapeutic application of watercolours. This mindful art workshop will open your mind to the possibilities of unlocking your inner calm and creative potential! Materials Provided: Micron drawing pen, brushes, watercolours, several small (5x10cm) pieces of watercolour paper. Suitable Age: 18+
